Your first visit gives us the time to slow down, listen to what's been going on, understand your health history and concerns, and look at your health through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
From there, we'll develop an individualized approach based on you, not simply the symptom you're experiencing.

Your first visit includes:
Comprehensive Health History
We'll discuss your current concerns, health history, medications and supplements, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress, energy and other factors that may be relevant to your health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Assessment
Your symptoms and health history are considered alongside traditional diagnostic methods, including pulse and tongue assessment, to help develop an individualized treatment approach.

Your First Acupuncture Treatment
Your initial acupuncture treatment is included in your first visit, when appropriate for your individual needs.

Personalized Recommendations
We'll discuss practical recommendations that may help support your health between visits.
Your Individualized Treatment Plan
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what we're working on and recommendations for your care moving forward.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your first visit.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing when possible. You may also bring a list of your current medications and supplements, as well as relevant medical records, imaging or laboratory results.
Most importantly, come prepared to share what's been going on and what you'd like help with.
